All personal training clients receive an initial assessment including body fat analysis, basal metabolic rate and BMI measurements, which allows our team to develop training sessions tailored to meet your needs. We give you the knowledge, support and program to Unlock The Greatest You. All team members hold nationally recognized certifications or accredited degrees in the health field.
PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Your program will be designed to meet the specific needs and goals set during your initial assessment.
One-on-one private session – $60+
Rate varies per trainer
SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS
Your program will be designed to meet the needs of all participants training in the group. Each person will receive their own initial assessments.
Two or more people semi-private session – $40+ per person

Walter Crockett is one of the leading professionals in the field of health and wellness. He has spent 18 years developing a program to help individuals maximize their performance, vitality and wellbeing through mental and physical health.
