Nearly 10 years ago, Paula decided to save her health and change her life; starting a fitness journey that eventually led her to train at Mind Body Symmetry. At 317 lbs, facing major illness and impaired lifestyle, she decided to take control. Learning nutrition, food accountability, and how to exercise, she has never looked back! Last year, after meeting Walter, she finally attained her goal of losing half her weight.
Early on, inspired by shared drive to be healthy and a love of fitness, Walter and Paula vowed to work together one day. In June 2017, that dream came true. Paula joined the Mind Body Symmetry team as Operations Manager. It is her goal to help reach as many people as possible; changing lives for the better.
